There’s no Christmas without baking and I’m sure that holds true for pretty much every home. I love the smell of Christmas cookies all December long. (And I treat myself to more than I should, probably.)
But there is a special baking project that is reserved for the Big Day. And that’s that special Christmas Cake you serve after Christmas dinner.
Make your Christmas Cake Decoration
Of course, you want your special cake to be delicious. But also beautiful to look at. And let’s face it, not every one of us can bake a cake like Martha Stewart (I know I can’t).
This is especially true if you’ve got the kids helping. Which I think you should, by the way. Because even if it turns out looking not so – um – perfect looking, having the kids participate just makes it even more special.
Whether you’re making the cake yourself, or you’ve got your little helpers’ hands adding to its final look, there’s something that makes any cake look awesome. Cake toppers!
And for today’s gift, we made this whole set of adorable Christmas toppers for you.
They work great on top of a cake as they form a cute little festive forest.
But you could also use them for muffins or brownies or any other treat you come up with.
How to make the Christmas tree cake toppers?
These are really easy to make. Just print them out, cut them out and tape them (or glue them) on toothpicks or something similar. And that’s it!
